Abstract Wall Art - Coloured Abstract No3
The creative process for my Abstract Wall Art series involves intuitively working with hand-formed porcelain pieces and carefully placing them onto a porcelain base. I usually start with a random line or a few brushed stains, leaving my intuition and the ‘scales’ I make lead me to the final design. I mix various stains into the paper porcelain clay to obtain the colour I want to work with. Each piece has been mounted onto a wooden base featuring an invisible sub-floating frame.
