Lisa Pettibone Glass Artist

Glass and mixed media artist
Gomshall, England
Focusing on line, form and structure I make kiln-formed glass wall pieces, sculptural objects and vessels. Using a combination of fusing, slumping and surface treatments, I am able to achieve volume and complexity while exploring natural forces such as gravity, growth and energy. Science and the intersection of man and nature are a source of fascination that drive my work. Studio practice includes developing new work for exhibitions, private and public commissions and teaching.
