I create installations combining found & made objects that tell a story of place, people & memory. My work is site specific & I gather materials found onsite to direct my making process. I use photography & film to build my research before starting work in 3D, often with clay but also using a combination of materials & print. I am a director & co-founder of Eastbourne Studio Pottery CIC, an open access studio established in 2017, offering classes, workshops, membership & community engagement.

Sustainability is central to my practice which focuses on the use of found or reclaimed materials. I lead on the reclaim and repurposing of all potential waste products at Eastbourne Studio Pottery. We have made a new clay body from sink waste and a range of glazes created by saving all the glaze residue from rinsing tools and brushes in two dedicated troughs.
