The creative folk at FarGo Village will be celebrating 50 years of the Crafts Council with an entire day dedicated to free craft workshops. Unleash your inner craftivist and join the nationwide rally to Make! Craft! Live!
Crafts and activism have always gone hand in hand, so head over and use your creativity to make your own movement. From screen printing to embroidery, patchwork to digital laser cutting - professional artists from a wide range of specialisms will help you find your inner voice and channel it through craft.
Advance booking is advised but walk-ins are welcome on the day.
FarGo Village is a repurposed industrial space in Coventry City Centre, and your place to be for all things fiercely independent. We have over 40 creative independent businesses based here, so whether you’re looking for a foodie night out at Coventry’s first permanent street food hall, a day browsing vintage finds and vegan treats, or a workout at our Crossfit Box, we’re the place to be.

From October 2021 - October 2022, join us for a season of events that celebrate the nation's love of craft, marking 50 years of the Crafts Council. The year-long programme of nationwide exhibitions, learning events, fairs, and digital activities will demonstrate the value of craft to empower, enrich and connect our society.
